Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's Review petitions, dated 12.04.2017, 27.04.2017 and 24.05.2017 for refund of recovered pay commissioner arrears amounting to Rs.37,809/- more particularly in the light of clarification No.3(b)(ii) of Government letter No.45113/Pay cell 2009-1, dated 17.08.2009 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
