ORDER

The revision petitioners are the defendants in O.S No.46 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thuraiyur. Their grievance is that I.A No.42 of 2018 (formerly numbered as I.A No.718 of 2018) is being needlessly kept pending.

2.I therefore direct the learned Sub Judge, Thuraiyur to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
