(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition for direction to respondents to close the TASMAC Shop No.8568 at Melapatti, Odaipatti Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner has given a representation to the District Collector. The representation is stated to be pending. 3.We direct the District Collector to depute the jurisdictional Thasildar to conduct enquiry in the location in question. The enquiry shall be conducted after notice to the petitioner. The Thasildar shall prepare a sketch of the property in question. The Thasildar must measure the distance from the Tasmac shop to VCN Matriculation School and the same should also be indicated in the sketch. The Collector is directed to dispose of the representation taking into account the report and sketch. The question of shifting the shop would depend on the ultimate orders to be passed by the District Collector. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
