ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent herein to file final report in Crime No.150 of 2018, on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within two months.

4. Considering the submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
