PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.72 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who was arrested on 09.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 450, 323, 307, 506(ii) of IPC and 4 of TNPWH 1/3

Act, 2002 in Crime No.72 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner /A4 along with other accused went to the defacto complainant's house and assaulted her and in the course of the incident, the defacto complainant has lost the vision of her left eye. 3.Considering the nature of offence and injury, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismised.
