When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that the issue regarding the issuance of Certificate of Persons Studied in Tamil Medium has already been settled by the Full Bench of this Court in R. Boominathan Vs. The Government 2/5

of Tamil Nadu represented by its Secretary, Home Department, reported in 2019 (5) CTC 873 and the petitioner is not entitled for the certificate. 2.Recording the submission of the learned Counsel on either side, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed.
