..Respondent PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to consider the representation dated 28.10.2022 seeking to change the title by naming A.Daniel Santhoshraj S/o.John Santhosam instead of John Santhosam S/o.Isravel in the allotment order vide No.Ma.Va.3/28381/2009 issued by the respondent dated 06.05.2010 in respect of shop No.397 situated at Central Vegetable Market in Mattuthavani, Madurai enabling to pay the rent and other tax in the name of the petitioner's sons.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2022 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it very clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass any appropriate order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
