J U D G M E N T

This review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 18.03.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.6464 of 2024 filed by the first respondent herein.

2. The first respondent had earlier filed another writ petition on the same cause of action for the same relief. Therefore, as rightly contended by the learned counsel for the review applicant, W.P. (MD)No.6464 of 2024 was not maintainable. This review application is allowed. The order dated 18.03.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.6464 of 2024 is set aside and the writ petition is also dismissed. The parties will have to work out their rights in the manner known to law. No costs.
