ORDER
The plaintiff in O.S.No.46 of 2024, on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the said interlocutory application has been filed seeking interim injunction as against the defendants not to alienate the property. In the said application, counter has also been filed by the defendants.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would express his apprehension that the defendants are attempting to alienate the property, due to the pendency of I.A.No.1 of 2024. 4.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2024, on or before 30.06.2025. 5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
