Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Act Cases), Madurai to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender in Crime No.205/2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Keelavalavu Police Station, Madurai District, the 2nd Respondent herein.

ORDER

The petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Act Cases), Madurai to consider the bail application of the petitioners, on the same day of surrender, in Crime No.205/2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Keelavalavu Police Station, Madurai District. 2.When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.8, 9, 12 & 13 and their names were removed from the final report on the ground that they did not involve in the said occurrence. So, nothing survives for further direction in this petition.
