Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is said to be running a lathe workshop. By the impugned communication dated 16.03.2019, the second respondent has called upon the petitioner to close the same and run it after getting proper permission. The petitioner has enclosed some materials, which indicate that the petitioner had put up construction only after getting permission from the local body. 3.Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the second respondent with a fresh application for running the lathe workshop in question. The petitioner shall submit such an application to the second respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
