ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 6th respondent for his mal-administration and misappropriation of temple funds as in the capacity of Executive Officer of the 4th respondent temple.
2. Regarding the allegations of misappropriation of funds of the 4th respondent temple, the petitioner has to give a complaint before the competent authority for initiation of appropriate action. In the event of receiving any complaint, the authorities competent has to look into the same and initiate appropriate actions against the offenders, if required.
3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
