ORDER

This petition is filed to issue a direction directing the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.1051 of 2020, dated 14.10.2020, on the file of the respondent under Sections 457, 380 IPC, within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1051 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 & 380 IPC. The grievance of the petitioner that even after lapse of eight months, no recovery has been effected and no vehicle has also been seized.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit htat the accused has been arrested and released on bail even though pigs could not be recovered and he would seek two months time to complete the investigation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the Final Report, compliance Report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
