ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 5th respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry without any valid complaint against him based on my complaint dated 03.10.2018.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.10.2018. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
