ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 to 11 would submit that no river sand quarrying/mining operations are allowed in the subject place.
2. Therefore, in the event of any theft/illegal river sand quarrying/mining, the petitioner is at liberty to file a complaint before the jurisdictional police and the revenue authorities who in turn has to initiate prosecution against the offenders.
