This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the third respondent's complaint, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 10.04.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
