2.Mr.S.Manohar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submits that as against the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.2295 of 2021, dated 09.11.2023, writ appeal in WA(MD) No.1964 of 2024 has been filed and an order of interim stay has also been granted by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CMP(MD) No.14481 of 2024 in WA(MD) No.1964 of 2024, dated 19.10.2024.

3.Since the matter has been seized of by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD) No.1964 of 2024, this contempt petition is closed.
