ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.718 of 2012 dated 05.09.2012 on the file of the respondent police as illegal.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and they have filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, on 07.04.2014. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
