ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the documents already registered in Nos.875/1992, 1559/2001, 3871/2002, 2390/2003, 425/2005, 3174/2006, 248, 2790/2017, 186, 187/1806, 2601, 1807/2018, 1712/2023 in accordance to the provisions of Registration Act and further direct the 4th respondent not to be registered any sale, pledge, gift Will etc., in favour of the said Tamilarasan in accordance to the Provisions of Registration Act, 1908 and cause to enter in relevant books and index based on the petitioners representation dated 30.08.2023.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2023, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
