Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide the Application Form and to grant Educational Loan to the petitioner's son namely S.Rajiv on the basis of the representation sent by the petitioner on 14.12.2016 to the first respondent.

Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide Application Form for grant of Educational Loan, based on his letter sent to the respondents on 14.12.2016.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that Loan Application will be given to the petitioner, within a weeks time and if the petitioner submits the Application Form with relevant documents, it would be considered on its own merits.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the first respondent to issue Necessary Application Form to the petitioner, within a weeks time. No Costs.
