RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of extension of time in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8178 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 for one month so as to enable the petitioner to deposit the said amount Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Madras High Court, Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk Welfare Association, Madurai625 023 and surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.U.UMAMAHESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUSAMY,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit to deposit the amount of Rs.15,000/- imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8178 of 2020, dated 05.08.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the aforesaid amount and the time for surrender before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
