Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent and his officials that not to harass the petitioner and her husband and her family members in the guise of enquiry in connection with the First Information Report in Crime No.225 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in connection with the First Information Report in Crime No.225 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The case of the petitioner is that a case in Crime No.225 of 2021 has been registered under Sections 447 & 435 IPC by the second respondent police herein, based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, in which the husband of the petitioner was arrested by the police and he has also given a statement to the Investigating officer regarding the non-involvement in the occurrence. Still, there is continuous harassment by the respondent police. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the above said Crime Number neighbour of the petitioner was the complainant. The neighbour has given a complaint stating that his car caught fire and only for the purpose of enquiry, the petitioner's husband was called for. No other harassment as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The investigation in Crime No.225 of 2021 is going on. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10350 of 2021 4.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, since there is no harassment.
