The petitioner seeks issuance of death certificate for his mother who passed away on 16.09.1998.

2. The stand of the respondent is that five documents were sought. But they have not been furnished. The petitioner's counsel claims that the documents were given. I do not want to go into the said controversy. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent on 26.06.2024 at 03.00 pm and furnish the documents sought for. On such submission, the respondent will consider the same and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks thereafter.
