[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to forbear the respondents from opening TASMAC retail outlet in Survey No.299/2A, Pilladurai, Revenue Village, Thathaiangarpettai, Trichirappalli District, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.B.Pugalenthi, learned Additional Advocate General, has taken notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Advocate General has represented to the effect that there is no proposal to open TASMAC shop in Survey No.299/2A, Pilladurai, Revenue Village, Thathaiangarpettai, Trichirappalli District.

4.Considering the representation made on the side of the respondents, this petition need not be kept pending. Under the said circumstances, this Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed. 5.In fine, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
