O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to file additional final report in S.T.C.No.2040 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on the basis of the order passed by this Court in Cont.P.(MD).No.408 of 2024, dated 23.09.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police have been directed to file additional final report in S.T.C.No.2040 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, by this Court in Cont.P.(MD).No.408 of 2024, dated 23.09.2024. But till now, they have not filed the additional final report as directed by this Court. 2/5

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they have filed the additional charge sheet before the trial Court and the same was returned. 4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to represent the additional charge sheet after rectifying the mistakes, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the trial Court has to take appropriate decision on the additional charge sheet filed by the respondent police. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
