O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by one Aravalli (seventh respondent herein) against the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.128 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. Similarly, during the course of enquiry, if it is found that the dispute is entirely civil in nature, the respondent police is directed to close the complaint.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
