Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated NIL passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the temple festival and scheduled programmed and provide protection from 06.06.2017 to 11.06.2017 at Sri Mariamman, Sri Bagavathyamman Thirukovil situated at Thalivasal, Mullipadi Village, Kadavoor Taluk, Karur District. [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Mr.N.Mohideen Basha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, is before this Court.

2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader, is before this Court on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Saravanan, learned counsel, is before this Court on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.

3.The learned counsel on record for the petitioner submits that he has written instructions from his client, i.e., the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. An endorsement to this effect has been made in the case file and the same reads as follows: "Kindly permit to withdraw".

4.In the light of the submission made and endorsement made in the case file, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
