ORDER

This writ petition is filed by a retired employee for disbursement of difference amount in commutation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2018, the difference amount in commutation, which comes to around Rs.6,00,000/-, has not been paid so far.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the eligible amount of difference in commutation amount is Rs.5,41,085/- and the same has also been paid to the petitioner on 19.11.2020.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
