ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the trial Court to number the unnumbered I.A.S.R.No. of 202 in M.A.C.O.P.No.829 of 2009 order dated 16-04-2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli dated 23-01-2012.

2. Learned counsel for the second respondent wold submit that there are certain queries which has been raised by the registry with regard to the withdrawal of payment.

3. There shall be a direction to the petitioner to resubmit the application before the trial Court with proper explanation and the trial Court is directed to consider the same after hearing the respondents in the application and number the IA on or before the first week of January and list the matter for hearing before the trial Court. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
