ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to retrieve the government/communal land comprised in S.No.724, namely Kondithozhu, meant for keeping and protecting the cows and bullocks of Shoavandhan Villagers, from the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the Government is running Ulavar Unavagam which is beneficial to the public of that locality.

3. Since the land has been utilized for the welfare of the people, the relief sought for in the writ petition deserves no merits for consideration.
