The present revision has been filed by the respondent in R.L.T.A.No.1 of 2024, on the file of the Appellate Rent Tribunal/Principal Sub Court, Dindigul, seeking expeditious of the appeal filed by the respondent herein. 1/3
2.A perusal of the records reveal that the respondent herein has suffered an order of eviction at the hands of the Rent Controller and he has preferred the present appeal. Appeal is pending from January 2024, onwards. 3.Considering the above said facts, the Appellate Authority, is directed to dispose of the appeal on or before 30.11.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
