This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.11 of 2021 dated 06.03.2021 on the file of the first respondent police 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.9 of 2021 and posted to 16.11.2021 for furnishing the copies to the accused persons.

3.Since the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance by the trial Court, the prayer sought for in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No11010 of 2021 petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through proper proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the final report.
