The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 10.01.2019 has not been considered till date and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that appropriate directions may be issued to the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2019. 2.Since the prayer is only for Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2019, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before such orders are passed, the petitioner and the persons, who are likely to be affected by the orders to be passed, shall be heard. No costs.
