O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.29471 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 has not been complied with.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submits that an enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's complaint and it was closed as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to work out their remedy before the consumer Forum. A report of the respondent police is also placed before this Court.

3.The Writ Court, by order, dated, 09.12.2024, has directed the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and complete the same within a period of two months. Now, it is reported that an enquiry was conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police and it was closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Consumer Forum. that the closure report has already been communicated to the petitioner as well as to the learned counsel on record.
