ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.12.2024, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would furnish a copy of the notice issued by the Tahsildar under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Since enforcement actions commenced for removal of encroachment, the Tahsildar is directed to continue the enforcement action by following the procedures as contemplated under the Act and remove encroachments. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
