*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed directing the third respondent to dispose of the original application in O.A.No.310/00207/2015, on the ground that she is aged about 59 years and requires an urgent relief. For the reasons assigned by the petitioner, we cannot issue any direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, as the Central Administrative Tribunal is entitled to function on its own and as per the procedure evolved. Therefore, if the petitioner seeks for the early hearing, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

he has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal by way of appropriate application, clearly setting out as to why the original application has to be heard at an early date. Without doing so, the petitioner is not justified in approaching this Court by way of this Writ Petition. Thus, while rejecting the prayer sought for by the petitioner, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal for necessary relief.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
