************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of TASMAC Liquor shop bearing No.8516 and 8513 in Ranimangammal Highways, Bodinayakanur, Theni District. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted that the planning approval for the premises housing the said TASMAC shop has been rejected. Thus as on date, there is no planning or building approval for the premises which are housing the TASMAC liquor outlet in question. Therefore they cannot be allowed to be run. The respondents are directed to close down the said shop forthwith.
