O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to take further consequential action in pursuant to the orders passed by the respondents 4 and 2, by which, the ninth respondent was directed to remove the encroachment, after rejecting his case.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that inasmuch as orders have already been passed by the respondents 4 and 2, pursuant to which, further order dated 11.07.2018 was also passed by the eighth respondent, the third respondent will have to be directed to carry out removal of the encroached portion.

3.Considering the above, we deem it fit to direct the third respondent to take appropriate consequential action in pursuant to

the notice dated 11.07.2018 within a period of four weeks. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.15900 of 2018 is closed. 5.Post on 17.09.2018 for compliance.
