The petitioners have approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against them in Crime No.14 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni and it is taken on file in CC.No.88 of 2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed and taken on file by the Court concerned, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
