This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the docket order dated 09.12.2024 in O.S.No.22 of 2024, on the file of the learned Sub Court, Thoothukudi.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a suit for declaration and injunction in O.S.No.22 of 2024 and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Sub Court, Thoothukudi, to expedite the trial and complete the case in O.S.No.22 of 2024, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
