ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.3711 of 2026 dated 23.02.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
