This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2018 within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that his representation, dated 09.07.2018, has not yet been considered by the respondents. Hence, he approached this Court by way of this writ petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.

5.In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2018 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner in person, within a period of two months from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready. The petitioner is directed to appear on the date fixed by the respondent. If for any reason, he fails to appear, his absence may be recorded and orders should be passed, so that, the petitioner, at a later of point of time, cannot contend that he has not been given an opportunity of personal hearing. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
