ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner only wants to participate in the petition mentioned Temple festival.

3.The learned Government Advocate states that based on the complaint 2/5

of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and it has been made clear that the petitioner as well as his family members can very well participate in the temple festivals. It is also stated that "Vari" has been collected from the petitioner also.

4.In my view, there is nothing further survives for adjudication. 5.Recording the stand of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
