Prayer in W.P(MD).No.13483 of 2020: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in relating to the impugned order in Na.KA.No.q9/12470/2020 dated 12.06.2020 passed by the 2nd respondent consequently the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.A6/1917/2019 dated 23.06.2020 passed by the 3rd respondent in so far as appointment of noon meal cook in the petitioner school namely Sri Ganesha Primary School, Athipatti, Kuruvikulam post -627 754, Tenkasi District as mentioned in Serial No.23 of the impugned order is concerned and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to call for the candidates list from the petitioner's school management for the post of noon meal cook in the petitioner's school. COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in relating to the impugned order in Na.KA.No.q9/12470/2020 dated 12.06.2020 passed by the 2nd respondent consequently the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.A6/1917/2019 dated 23.06.2020 passed by the 3rd respondent in so far as appointment of noon meal cook in the petitioner school namely Veerapandiya Kattabomman Elementary School, Kaarisathan 627753, Kuruvikulam Range, Tirunelveli District as mentioned in Serial No.19 of the impugned order is concerned and the petitioner in Sri Ganesha Primary School, Athipatti, Kuruvikulam post -627 754, Tenkasi District as mentioned in Serial No.23 of the impugned order is concerned and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to call for the candidates list from the petitioner's school.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the issue raised in these Writ Petitions are squarely covered by an order passed by the learned Division

Bench of this Court in W.A(MD)Nos.107 of 2013 and batch dated 28.10.2020.

3. The said contention is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are also dismissed in terms of the order passed in W.A.(MD)Nos.107 of 2013 and batch dated 28.10.2020. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
