ORDER

The petitioners seek quashing of the FIR in Crime No.1018 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that all the petitioners had already been acquitted by the trial Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
