... Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2018 for set aside the termination order which passed by the 2nd respondent dated 05.06.2018 with stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2018 for setting aside the termination order which was passed by the 2nd respondent dated 05.06.2018.

2.Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner was issued with a show-cause memo on 04.06.2018, asking to file a reply. But on the very next day, he was terminated from service.

4. It is unfortunate that the petitioner has not challenged the memo dated 04.06.2018 and he has simply come forward with a prayer to the extent of consideration of her representation, which was made on 11.06.2018. More than two months have gone by from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of communication and no steps have been taken and for the best reasons known to the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition to consider the representation has been filed, without questioning the impugned order dated 05.06.2018. 5.In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
