The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.9.2016. In the said representation, the petitioner has requested the respondent to take action against the misappropriation of funds in the society. 2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2016, and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. No costs.
