This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the representation, dated 28.07.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that on the particular date of occurrence, a suspicious vehicle was found stationed near Masarpatti and the petitioner was found near the above said vehicle. On that ground, he was called for enquiry to know about the vehicle. Except this, there is no harassment.

3. The matter was listed for dismissal today and today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the owner of the vehicle is also given a statement to the effect that he will take the vehicle for repair and no further action is required. So, absolutely, there is no involvement of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD).No.10346 of 2021 in the above said occurrence. So, the question of harassment may not arise.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
