The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 01.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.8183 of 2024.
2. This Court passed order in W.P.(MD).No.8183 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024, wherein, this Court directed the first respondent university to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the explanation submitted by the writ petitioner.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent brought to the notice of this Court that, on 17.12.2024, final orders have been passed by the respondent university.
