Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey and boundary mark the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.103/1B1 in Melanesaneri Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's Application, dated 05.12.2024.

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.103/1B1 in Melanesaneri Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his application, dated 05.12.2024.

2. Mrs.K.Malathi, Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent fixed 10.06.2025 as the date for surveying the subject property.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 02.06.2025 NCC :
